When my project.xml is in UTF-8 and maven.docs.outputencoding=windows-1250 - "?" appears instead Polish letters (it is also ? in index.xml)
When my project.xml is in UTF-8 and maven.docs.outputencoding=ISO-8859-1 - some other characters instead Polish letters appears. But when I manulally change encoding to windows-1250 in browser Polish letters are good (in index.xml Polish letter are in windows-1250 encoding despite <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>)
Site is generated on machine with default encodnig windows-1250.
