I'm trying to file an upload request for Spring 1.0.1 ( http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/springframework/spring-framework-1.0.1.zip?download ) following the directions at http://maven.apache.org/repository-upload.html , but I can't get past step 2 of 2. I'm supplying a summary, a priority, and a description, but when I click "Create" I'm returned to the same page, with no error information displayed.
