changelog plugin - works with subversion now!!!

I installed the updated version of changelog plugin (v1.5).  It seems 
that it works now... I get a proper changelog report

I tested it with Subversion:
svn, version 1.0.1 (dev build)
   compiled Mar 25 2004, 16:25:21
