I've had this problem before and it was becuase I didn't have all the required jars
included in my
project dependencies. I know that the following jars are required (for me):
jaxb-api
jaxb-impl
jaxb-libs
jaxb-xjc
relaxngDatatype
xml-apis
xercesImpl
xsdlib
namespace
HTH
