I've made a bunch of upload requests to ibiblio with detailed enough POMs that allow the libs to compile and I'm just wondering what specific requirements must the POM satisfy. Obviously transitive dependencies support requires that I specify all dependencies of a library. But, does the POM actually have to be able to compile the project? For one of the projects I had to put a sourceModification element in to make it compile...
