Hello, We have a Maven 2 project and one of the libraries we need to add is Jasper Reports. We need to use the latest release of Jasper Reports 3.2.6 However this library doesn't exist in a Maven Repository. How do we manage this dependency and all its transitive dependencies? (i.e. all the dependencies it relies on)
Downloading jasperreports.3.2.6.jar from their website is not a problem, however this library depends on a whole host of other libraries. Do we have to find what these these libraries are and add them to our POM file manually? That seems to be a bit excessive, laborious and error prone. Not to mention our POM file being cluttered with all these Jasper Report dependencies. Is there a standard way of managing dependencies like this in a Maven project? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.
