While I commiserate, the best way I have found to avoid placing myself in a puerile light is to address these kinds of concerns by saying nothing while continuing to work for a solution to my customers needs.

Comments like this are really not in your best interest. Fair enough to
have a critism, but subject lines like yours aren't readily forgotten.
Not only is it rude but you're just shooting yourself in the foot.
Everyone thinks their sniping little comments are going to make us jump
to their aid when in fact I know the effort that I will put forth to
help you in the future: a big fat zero. Brett and many others busted
their asses to get the release out and they don't deserve bullshit
subject lines like yours. Have some respect, phrase your concerns in a
non-puerile fashion or expect to get little or no help.
