Wayne I apologize. I didn't mean to have to going all defensive on me. Sure, everyone knows you are a major contributor here. I was just saying you could have done more to not perpetuate the 'name calling'.
The real question in my post still goes unanswered: "Where is the evidence that me using Maven will make my customers happier?"
