It might be a transitive dependency to your declared dependencies. You can run a mvn dependency:tree to see if there is any jms or jdmk reference. Use a exclusion to avoid them, if you don't need.
However there could be your plugins also which are using these...So you could also run mvn -X (debug flag) and see the exact reason.
