You have to reference an existing phase. The "process-ant' phase does not exist in the Default Maven Lifecycle. Look at the Lifecycle Reference on this page: http://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-the-lifecycle.html#Build_Lifecycle_Basics
