I don't know if this made it before, it didn't seem to...

Are you still using the dependency with the url in it? Try this
instead:

   <dependency>
        <groupId>jndi</groupId>
        <artifactId>jndi</artifactId>
        <version>1.2.1</version>
    </dependency>

    <dependency>
        <groupId>jdbc</groupId>
        <artifactId>jdbc</artifactId>
        <version>2.0</version>
    </dependency>

If the files are in your c:\Documents and Settings\{your user
name}\.maven\repository\jndi\jars\jndi-1.2.1.jar and c:\Documents and
Settings\{your user name}\.maven\repository\jdbc\jars\jdbc-2.0.jar .
Then these have to work or else there is a problem with something else
in your configuration.
