Hi For those new to Maven (like me), can anyone explain what this plugin does? From the website, it says 'allow user to upload artifacts to remote repository'.
Does it allows user to upload files (project documents, etc) and it will appear as a link in the generated website (with some magic thrown in)? This is a feature I was looking for in Maven but doesn't seem to find it. It seem to me maven can only be administer by a single user who is allowed to upload files, generate site, build project, etc. This brings me to lots of questions that I asked myself since we started investigating using maven instead of ant especially how it can make our life easlier. How does maven help in a multiple developers projects (esp J2EE)? Does everyone need to have their own maven script (thats the case of using ANT in our project)?
