Using Maven 2.0.8. I run 'mvn clean prepare-package' and see:
[ERROR] BUILD FAILURE [INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [INFO] Invalid task 'prepare-package': you must specify a valid lifecycle phase, or a goal in the format plugin:goal or pluginGroupId:pluginArtifactId:pluginVer sion:goal prepare-package is listed as a valid lifecycle phase in the Maven default lifecycle.
