Oh, I'm doing an unpack-dependencies, not a copy-dependencies. I don't want to simply copy the files I want to unzip them (except the pom of course). If I change it to copy-dependencies the error goes away, but it is only copies the .pom file not the .zip that was produced with the "assembly" plugin. Do you still want to see my configuration?
