I respectfully disagree. If we open the door to help everyone when
they can't find a dependency (or can't configure a proper repository
in their pom or settings despite all the documentation that exists),
this list will quickly deteriorate.

The responsibility for help configuring someone's pom so it works
properly with a given artifact/dependency should be put onto the
respective project team who produces the artifact -- and ideally
should just be included in their own documentation, in their release
notes, etc.
