What exactly is your directory structure? Do you have both unit tests and integration tests in the same project? What commands are you running? Why are you using <skip>true<skip>? Isn't the whole point to run the tests? I would expect you to run "mvn verify"? And, once that works, "mvn install" or "mvn deploy"?
