With filtering turned on of course. :-) Then you have the assembly-plugin configured to use 'target/filtered-resources' as input (resources? I'm not very familiar with the assembly-plugin!) for your assembly. I think this would do the trick. Just remember what I wrote in the parallel mail -- make sure you work around the @-bug!
