referencing these modifications to .project
<nature>org.eclipse.wst.common.modulecore.ModuleCoreNature</nature>
<nature>org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.nature</nature>
<nature>org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core.jsNature</nature>
did you locate these classes to be on your classpath before restarting eclipse
or are they wrapped in a plugin (in plugins folder)?
