I would heartily recommend using the version of Eclipse from
Springsource (Eclipse/STS).
It includes all the plug-ins that you need and is ready to go right out
of the box.
We used to struggle with each Eclipse installation or upgrade to find
and install all of the compatible plug-ins.
Now an installation or upgrade is a simple download and install of 1 big
installer that gives you a complete set of plug-ins that have been
tested together.
