The difference is caused by a different origin of the SNAPSHOT. If you've 
built it yourself, it is SNAPSHOT, if you've downloaded it from a remote 
repo, it has a timestamp. However, this is a nasty problem, since it also 
occurs if you add a classpath to the manifest (quite normal for EJBs).
