With the oss version you have to optimize the Expiration Setting for each repository Configuration
However setting those expiration times to low values will result in additional chatter between the instances and impact performance a bit. If you have a multi instance corporate deployment I would definitely recommend the Pro version Manfred PS: Disclaimer..
