You need to create a Maven project and then restructure your source code
folder layout to conform to the Maven conventions:
http://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/maven-in-five-minutes.html
Once you are able to build your software with "mvn clean install" you
will be able to deploy Maven artifacts to Maven repositories.
