I opened the jar, don't see anything abnormal. But do find a new added
project with shade in it:

<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-shade-plugin</artifactId>
<executions>
<execution>
<phase>package</phase>
<goals>
<goal>shade</goal>
</goals>
<configuration>
</configuration>

</plugin>
</plugins>
</build>
This is version defined in the parent POM:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-shade-plugin</artifactId>
<version>1.7</version>
</plugin>
