"deploy" has a certain meaning in Maven. It means to package up an artifact and push it to a (single) Maven Repository. From there, you can push the artifact(s) to other places as needed. You are talking about distribution of your project. That is an entirely different matter. Maven generally sees that as outside its core responsibility. Take a look at the Cargo plugin and see if that is something you can leverage.
