I am unsure where you are getting 23 MB from. That is wildly
inaccurate, unless you meant 23 KB? In either event, your file being 2
KB would indicate a problem of some kind on your end or in your
network. Can you open the file in Notepad or vi and see what it looks
like? I'm willing to bet it has HTML content rather than being a
proper Java binary jar file.
