It appears to be in what is selected for tagging. The thing that is tagged (and then checked out later, and then released/deployed) is my original development pom.xml. It is as though the transformation is not being committed properly, or that the tag is being misapplied. All the other mysterious screwed-up behavior descends from here. What could account for this?
