can you be more specific about your requirements for this plugin?

what is the input format you will be using to SQLLDR?

which grants would be provided to the SQLLDR plugin username (assume CREATE
TABLE, CREATE DATABASE, CREATE INDEX, CREATE SYNONYM, CREATE LINK,
SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE perms using SYSDBA)?

do you have a tnsnames.ora pointing to a valid test Oracle instance the SQLLDR
plugin should populate?
or...should we provide our own Oracle Instance?

Since SQLLDR is a product of Oracle ..what has been there response to this
request (if any)?

thanks,
Martin
