If you want to pop into the hangout we can chat about it. I gave Karl a little sample. The code that Takari is working on will be open source in about 4 weeks but the mechanism we're using is available in the core already. Our solution requires a custom server side because we're doing an advanced form of continuous delivery. What I gave Karl can easily be extended to work.
