Sorry, I don't have such a solution handy as it's not anything that is adviced from a Maven perspective. However, most likely Google is your friend here and could find some solution. The "Maven way" is to add the library to your internal (remote) repo so that you can declare a dependency that will work for all your team mates without any additional magic.
