Hi last week I played with Maven Polyglot (https://github.com/takari/polyglot-maven) and transformed some POMs into YAML format and was quite impressed by the increased readability in combination with three times shorter files.
However, what happens with the release:prepare goal? IIRC, this one parses the XML format and adjust the versions for the release. I fear this will no longer work for POM files in other formats, right? What kind of release process is used by other Polyglot users?
