FYI, this is fixed this in the Commons parent POM, Javadoc does not like you to link to Javadocs for Java 21 when the target release is Java 8 (using Javadoc 17). I don't know what the version boundaries are for the various pieces. Now, the build will just link to the Javadoc that matches the target which is what it should have been doing anyway.
