Hi Gary,
If you like to try out Maven 4, the beta / RC are not available through
Homebrew as far as I do know. I do publish every "green" build through a
private "tap" myself. It's not exactly what you are asking for, but it
might help you.
The process is fully automated - if the build is green and the Maven
dist is published in Central, the tap is updated. Feel free to give it a
try [1]. Note that it is not an official distribution of Maven, it's
just tap that I've set up for personal convenience and that others may
find useful, too.
