a few questions: - does utils-lang and utils-logging follow the expected directory layout? - if the answer to the first question is no, did you adjust the project descriptors of each project accordingly?
sometime i get that "all classes are up to date" after a compilation failure. what i usually do is clean everything up so everything needs to be compiled again. ciao!
