Find it below. Unfortunately, there isn't too much information. I have
already studied the sources of CvsScmProvider and find it most
unfortunate: The information given by parseScmUrl is completely
hidden. Why doesn't this method just throw an IllegalArgumentException
with the hint what's wrong? :-(
