BUT it is only for Maven itself, not for plugins

Quickly, Maven is an ASF top level project so we need the Apache
infrastructure ;)
JIRA is our issue tracking and project management application
Codehaus is our wiki
ibiblio is a Maven repository
nabble is a mail archive (the official is from ASF mail-archives.apache.org)
