Hi Jeff, It wasn't done because the 3.5 release wasn't available on ibiblio. I'm seeing that it's now done. As you can see in [1] this plugin is ready to be release. I'll update the dependency (and i'll test if it doesn't brake something) and publish a new snapshot in some hours. You'll be able to test it and we'll call for a vote to release it the next week.
