Here are two maven2 plugins that you may wish to consider:
1) http://mojo.codehaus.org/jboss-maven-plugin/
2) http://cargo.codehaus.org/Maven2+plugin
On my project, I ended up needing more functionality than either of
these plugins provided, so I used the jboss-maven-plugin as a base and
extended it. You may need to do the same.
