Hi there, I recommend using eclipse with wtp (seb tools platform). Setup tomcat as a server in eclipse, and add the maven project to the server configuration. The libs will be deployed automaticallly.
Remember adding wtp support to your pom (config setting in the maven-eclipse-plugin) - see earlier post on this matter from today. You don't need a particular tomcat plugin.
