Yes we have - at least for 5.0.2.x - which should work pretty much the
same for 6.0.x.
I use the xdoclet plugin for generating WAS specific
deploymentdescriptor (and EJB interfaces).
I use my own homegrown plugin for generating EJB stubs:

You might consider to use a plugin from one of my fellow collegues,
Hermod Opstvedt - if his plugin is released for the community yet.
There's still no finished cargo plugin - but I think there's been done
some work on it - check cargo-JIRA for latest news.
