Note : I already switched to maven2. My main problem at the moment is the lack of documentation : * Lack of good documentation => indeed this is a problem (especially for some plugins and for the hacking of custom phase) * I have to build native/non-Java code => it is also a problem I encounter : I have some PHP code but I can not manage it with maven (except for release management). If the documentation was better, I surely could solve this issue though.
