scp:// deploy fails

Hi

I have

<distributionManagement>
      <repository>
        <id>publicGroupProxy</id> 
        <url>scp://11.16.152.152/copyhere</url>
      </repository>
 
   </distributionManagement>

I am running 

mvn deploy

and I am always getting the same error:

Error deploying artifact: Error performing commands for file transfer
Exit code: 1 - The syntax of the command is incorrect.

Do you have any examples?
