Is there a programmatical method or a maven command that can be used to
obtain all plug-ins, and there associated goals, available through a
repository set?
So far, I have been looking at the documentation, which is always a
little behind for obvious reasons. I have been browsing the repository
and my cache. I think it would be nice to have a command to return the
full list and then a command to provide the description saved with the
plug-in. Is there already such a thing?
