sorry, seems I should have read more ;)

I am using this:

            <plugin>
                <groupId>org.codehaus.mojo</groupId>
                <artifactId>cobertura-maven-plugin</artifactId>
                <version>2.0</version>
            </plugin>

Version 2.1 seems to be buggy so I just stick with 2.0 and that works fine.
