Mixing jars and ejbs in the same folder is not an option for us, I'm afraid. We are in a large project with hundreds of artifacts.
I guess I'll stick to maven-proxy for our maven1 repo until this is solved. Is http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-268 the issue that is tracking this problem?
