M2e is using the embedder in 2.1 so when you execute it from eclipse,
it's using 2.1

I wasn't able to deploy the artefacts again with m2eclipse plugin. When
I
run the command in the console, it's being deployed again. Though
m2eclipse
is calling the command line, but it looks like it's doing something
else.

I'm using 2.0.8 and I don't see the message in the console and the
artefacts
are always deployed. Think that's ok, isn't it?
