Problems installing maven

Hi, 

 

if i run "mvn" from console (i.e. mvn -version)  it gets the same output
like 

if I call "java". Does anyone know what i did wrong?

 

The Environmentpaths/Variables should be correct. Im using maven 2.0.8 and
WinVista
