Adding Resources to Jar

Hi,

I have many resources (log4j properties, hibernate hbm.xml files,  
etc.) in different directories in my project. I would like to copy  
them in the same path in my packaged Jar file.
Is it possible?
I can't find a way to define multiple outputDirectory values.
