What plugin will update jar file?

Hi,
  I am having a need to update an existing war file like its WEB/web.xml,
some jsp files, classes, jar files in WEB/lib. The jar plugin is used to
package a whole new jar file. What plugin can provide such function to
update a existing jar or war file?
