Speaking of the reporting section, I thought a POM closer to the project would override the settings from a parent pom. But we just ran into an issue with cobertura where our grand-parent :-) had 1.4 but the project parent POM had 2.0 and we were stuck on 1.4??
Does reporting not lend itself to setting in an enterprise POM? === -Curt W: 860.702.9059 M: 860.881.2050 -----Original Message----- From: Henri Gomez [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, July 09, 2008 10:54 AM To: Maven Users List Subject: Re: findbugs and maven2 > What is the command you gave maven? Did you try running mvn findbugs:goalname or mvn site? mvn findbugs:findbugs (from http://mojo.codehaus.org/findbugs-maven-plugin/plugin-info.html) In the reporting section comes all plugins for site generation. If you try to run findbugs directly, maybe you should add a build/plugins/plugin element for findbugs. BTW, it works with mvn site ;-( I add the revelant section for plugin in build section in parent POM and now I could do mvn findbugs:findbugs .
