This has probably been asked before but I wasn't able to find it.
Whats the policy regarding people not affiliated with a project (other than being users of their libraries) adding those projects artifacts to the central repository?
My project has a number of libs that either don't appear in central or haven't been updated in quite some time. Right now I just keep a separate repo with recent version history and use that in the project but I was wondering if I should be doing a bit of extra work and getting them in central as well.
